Terms of service.

Services: 

The Client agrees to pay for the services chosen by the Client. Once a contract is signed for a given  service, the service cannot be removed; however additional services can be added. 

Payment

The Client agrees to pay 20% of the total amount at time of contract signing. This deposit is non-refundable. Remainder of amount is due in full on Rehearsal Day. Invoice from Taylor’d Events will be  provided 1 week before wedding date. 

Cancellation Policy: 

In an event of cancellation, Taylor’d Events requires a 3 month notice of cancelation. We will try our  best to work with you if something comes up. 

Warranty and Limitation of Liability: 

Taylor’d Events represents and warrants that it will perform the services with a reasonable skill and care.  In the event that a consultant is unable to attend on the rehearsal date or wedding date, for any reason,  a suitable qualified substitute designated by the Taylor’d Events will be provided. 

Taylor’d Events shall not be liable for the failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the  failure is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of  god, war, or industrial dispute. 

Taylor’d Events assumes no liability for the quality of items or services provided by recommended  vendors or businesses. 

Taylor’d Events is not responsible for any accidents or an injury to guests or vendors or any other person  involved before, during or after the wedding nor is Taylor’d Events responsible for any lost or stolen  items before during or after the wedding and cannot be held responsible for consequential damage. 

Images: 

Client acknowledges that any images (including but not limited to, the planning process and the event  itself) may be used for promotional purposes, either electronically or in print. 

Miscellaneous: 

Client shall provide consultant and any assistant a suitable meal at the event. 

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Taylor’d Events and Client relating to the  wedding event and supersedes all prior representations, negotiations, and understandings with respect  to the wedding event.
